He is the most reliable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly service representative I’ve ever had. he is the reason I and my family continue to drive Toyota cars (in addition, obviously, to the fact that Toyotas are the best and most reliable vehicles).

I ran into a small issue, but these guys at Toyota of Glendale are extremely professional and took care of everything. A special shoutout to the General Manager Gary and the Sales Manager Peter. I had originally run into a frustrating situation while trying to purchase a Camry, and after I reached out to Gary directly, he took the time to review everything, call me personally, and work toward a solution. What stood out most was that he didn’t just offer an apology — he actually took action. Gary was able to locate a Camry XSE in a color combination I liked even more than the one I had originally been pursuing, and he worked with me to put together a deal I felt good about. In the end, I was able to purchase the exact type of car I wanted locally and walked away feeling much better about the dealership than I did earlier in the process. I really appreciated the effort he made to earn back my business and resolve the situation personally. It’s easy to judge a business by whether everything goes perfectly, but I think it says even more about how management responds when something doesn’t. Gary handled that part extremely well, and I’m very happy with how everything ultimately worked out. Thank you again to Gary and the team for making it right.
